Ordering your Exante TDR products
Your TDR product booklet in your Welcome pack has helpful and important content in it, including details about Voucher codes and product ordering. If you don’t have it to hand you can find the relevant Exante links here – if you don’t use these links your Voucher codes won’t work:
– Phase 1 TDR product ordering ‘shop’
– Phase 2 TDR product ordering ‘shop’
By all means browse the products, flavours and ingredients but don’t forget your Voucher code when you go to order.
If you have any questions about an order that you’ve placed or not received then you should contact Exante’s team directly at exantemedical@thehutgroup.com or call them on 0161 813 1494 with your order number and make sure you let them know that you’re on the ‘NHS Type 2 Diabetes Path to Remission or Momenta Low Calorie Diet Programme’.
If you have any questions about using your Voucher code then ask your Coach at a session or email Support@momentanewcastle.com You might want to try these common troubleshooting tips in advance:
– Use the Momenta pages on the Exante site – see links above. Your Voucher code will not work on the main Exante site
– Copy and paste your Voucher code to reduce the chance of typos
– Make sure your ‘basket’ is empty before you start your order
– Log in as a guest rather than creating an Exante account
– Try a different browser e.g. Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox
– Some people have told us that they find it easier to order their products using a laptop or computer browser rather than a smartphone – we suggest you do this if you can
– Finally, please do not try to make changes to your basket once you have got to that stage as this can cause the order to crash – it is best to go back and make changes from the order page.
Unfortunately, the Momenta team cannot help with orders that have been placed – please contact Exante directly to resolve these.

Weight Loss Lookup Table
Scroll through the pages below to find your starting weight. You can then look across the row to see your Gold, Silver or Bronze weight loss targets.
Each target is shown as a target amount of weight to lose, your target end weight and a weekly weight loss to aim for over Phase 1 so you can check if you’re on track.
If you don’t know your weight in kilograms you can divide your weight in pounds by 2.2 – don’t forget there’s 14 pounds in a stone.

We’ve included a few other useful links for you here:

Phase 3: Reset packages
If you’re in Phase 3 and your weight creeps back to more than 2kg above your lowest weight on the programme you become eligible for some additional TDR product support in the form of one of two ‘Reset packages’:
– Mini Reset Package: Weight regain of 2-4kg (4.5-9lbs)
– Full Reset Package: Weight regain of 4kg+ (9lbs or more)
You can discuss this with your Coach or one of our Advisers will contact you directly if we see your reported weight climbs back up. You can only use one of these Reset Packages once on the programme but it can be useful to help support the other changes you’re making to your lifestyle.
You can read more about the two options by downloading the documents below or clicking on this link to view them online.
Your fibre supplement
Why, how and when to use your fibre supplement
Taking a fibre supplement with your TDR products will help prevent constipation – one of the most common side effects of this kind of diet. We recommend you start taking 7g of fibre a day (spread across the day) from your first day of TDR. You should be able to stop taking the supplement at the end of 12 weeks when you start Phase 2.
Directions for use
See your TDR booklet for details – this was supplied in your Welcome pack.
Managing any discomfort or diarrhoea
If you have any unwanted discomfort or diarrhoea, please check the following before stopping taking the fibre supplement:
- Make sure that you’re taking only 7g in total every day
- Make sure that you’re spreading this out across the day – ideally in three separate doses about four hours apart (morning, midday, evening) – remember to drink extra fluid with each dose
- Try reducing your daily dose to half (3.5g) for a few days.
If there’s no change, then stop taking the supplement and inform your Coach and/or contact support@momentanewcastle.com for further guidance.
