Ordering Altralife TDR products

How to order your TDR products from Altralife

Altralife have made specific webpages for ordering your products at different points in the programme.  We’ll email you the correct link, your Voucher code and summary instructions when you need to order TDR products. 

Voucher codes

Your voucher code for ordering your products will contain 6 characters, for example ‘3PH93N’. 

Please note that each voucher code can only be used once.  We’ll send you different codes for future orders.   

Please place your order as soon as possible to allow time for processing and delivery, allowing longer at particularly busy times of year, such as holidays or ‘Black Friday’.  

Some people have told us that they find it easier to order their products using a laptop or computer browser rather than a smartphone – we suggest you do this if you can.

How to order your TDR products 

1. First, open the correct webpage for the phase you’re ordering for: 

You can do this directly from the link in the email we send you with your Voucher code.

 

2. Then you simply select a flavour and add it to your ‘Cart’. Click ‘Continue shopping’ and repeat until your ‘Cart’ reaches the correct quantity (see below) and then ‘Check out’:

  • Phase 1 orders: You’ll need a total of 4 pouches  
  • Phase 2 orders: You’ll need a total of 12 cartons 

Important information about the products and serving sizes – please read before ordering from the Altralife site:  

Your first Altralife order will contain a shaker.  Please keep this throughout the programme.

Altralife offer the most popular TDR flavours – chocolate, vanilla, strawberry and banana shakes and chicken and vegetable flavour soups.  All products are vegetarian. As some of you will be switching to Altralife from Exante without time to receive a Starter sample pack and are likely not to have tasted their products before please be aware that the soup flavours are more muted than standard non-TDR packet soups due to the amount of milk-powder.  Be cautious not to over-order soups as returns are not possible.

For Phase 1 and Reset orders you will receive Altralife product ‘pouches’. To make up your products, please use the scoop provided in the pouch. 

Each 52g serving is two level scoops of powder.  Make sure you do not use ‘heaped’ or ‘packed’ scoops as you will run out of product before your next order.  If you only use one scoop you will not get all the nutrients you need. 

Please note: Altralife products are not suitable for people needing vegan or lactose-free products.  Please contact Momenta (see below) to arrange an alternative. 

 

 

3. Once you have clicked ‘Check out’ then add your code in the ‘Discount code’ box and select apply. This will remove the full cost as long (as long as you enter it correctly and have the correct quantity in your Cart.. 

PLEASE DO NOT ENTER PAYMENT CARD DETAILS.  YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAY FOR ANYTHING – YOUR CODE WILL PAY FOR ALL THE ITEMS YOU REQUIRE.  IF YOU ARE ASKED TO PAY FOR ANYTHING PLEASE RESTART THE ORDERING PROCESS TO MAKE SURE YOU’RE USING THE CORRECT LINK AND HAVE SELECTED THE CORRECT NUMBER OF PRODUCTS. 

4. Fill in your delivery details. 

 

5. Then, check out securely and look for your confirmation email. Please store your order number safely. You may need it if you have any difficulties with the order or delivery of your products.   

Note: If you do not receive an order number or a confirmation e-mail then it’s likely that your order has not gone through and you’ll need to try again. If you continue to experience difficulties placing an order, then then please refer to Help! below. 

 

6. If you’ve placed an order but it hasn’t been delivered, please also refer to the Help section. 

Help!

What should you do if you encounter any problems with placing your order or your products do not arrive? 

If your voucher code doesn’t work please refresh your browser, re-enter the webpage and doublecheck that you’ve used the correct code and input it accurately.  If it still doesn’t work then contact the Momenta support team at support@momentanewcastle.com  

As soon as you realise that you have any other problem with an order then please contact Altralife’s team directly at support@altralife.co.uk or call them on 0118 4532 853.  Let them know that you’re on the ‘NHS / Momenta Type 2 Diabetes Path to Remission Programme’ and explain the problems that you’re experiencing. They’ll be able to answer any questions about your order. 

If you’ve received an order confirmation but haven’t received your products within 4 days of placing your order, please contact Altralife using the details above stating that you’re on the Momenta Type 2 Diabetes Path to Remission Programme and give them your order number. They’ll be able to update you.
