Habitual's TDR products

Explore Habitual’s great range of products: 

  • Porridges: Morning (plain), Banana (v)  
  • Shakes: Chocolate, Vanilla (v), Strawberry, Caramel, Spiced Chai Latte  
  • Soups: Spiced Carrot (v), Green Veg (v), Tomato and Red Pepper.


All products are vegetarian and four are vegan (v). They are free from common allergens but please check the ingredients for any specific allergies or intolerances. 

Voucher codes

We’ll email your Voucher code to you so please check your junk/spam inbox too! The email will include the ordering details below and the link to place your order.  

Please note that each Voucher code can only be used once.  We’ll send you different codes for future orders.   

Please place your order as soon as possible to allow time for processing and delivery, allowing longer at particularly busy times of year, such as holidays or ‘Black Friday’.  

Some people have told us that they find it easier to order their products using a laptop or computer browser rather than a smartphone – we suggest you do this if you can.

How to order your TDR products

To make your ordering process easy, follow these steps for each phase: 

Phase 1 – Voucher code 1:  

  • Add 16 cartons of your preferred TDR products 
  • Include 1 complimentary shaker in your basket 
  • Ensure your basket has 17 items. 


Phase 1 – Voucher codes 2 and 3: 

  • Add 16 cartons of your preferred TDR products 
  • Ensure your basket has 16 items. 


Phase 2 – Final order: 

  • Order 12 cartons of your chosen TDR products 
  • Ensure your basket has 12 items before checking out. 


Please note you should NEVER enter your payment details.  


What should you do if you encounter any problems with placing your order or your products do not arrive? 

Voucher code problem: If your code doesn’t work please refresh your browser, re-enter the webpage and doublecheck that you’ve used the correct code and input it accurately.  If it still doesn’t work then contact the Momenta support team at support@momentanewcastle.com  

Order-related questions or products not arrived: Unfortunately, the Momenta team can’t assist with orders.  For order-related matters, please reach out to Habitual for a prompt resolution. Contact Habitual directly at momenta@tryhabitual.com  Include your order number and mention you’re on the ‘NHS / Momenta Type 2 Diabetes Path to Remission Programme.’ 

If you’ve received an order confirmation but haven’t received your products within 4 days of placing your order, please contact Habitual using the details above. They’ll be able to support you.
