London Borough of Barking & Dagenham: CVD Prevention

New service to support eligible participants reduce their blood pressure and risk of developing more serious conditions. Participants can be referred by their GP practice or the QE Chest Pain Clinic or self-refer if eligible.

Designed with the NHS and BHF this programme has 18 x 1 hour sessions over 9 months. This service is funded by SBRI and is delivered in partnership with Birmingham and Solihull ICB, Birmingham City Council, West Midlands AHSN and other organisations.
